Windows XP Security log is full and can't log in

I am getting this error: "The security log in this system is full and only the administrator can fix this problem"
I tried login as the locan admin, on save mode and using a domaing account and it keep loging off. I can't event open the register neither the event log from a remote computer.
As anyone seen this problem before on windows xp?
