security level macros send email mapi

problem security to try send email through visual basic macro on excel2003
 
This is not a question. You will need to explain what is happening and what
you are trying to accomplish. Include the actual errors you see.

BUT, do it in an EXCEL newsgroup. This is an ACCESS newsgroup.
