security certificate

Keep getting a "security alert" everytime I try to go to a
web address. Message says that there is a problem with the
sites security cetificate. How can I fix this??

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try an
Internet Explorer (IE) newsgroup.
