Security Center Partially Disabled

Hi all!
After a trojan attack my Security Center is only partially functioning.
After looking at the Services I see that all reference to Security Center has
been deleted.
Is there a way to get this back without a reload of sp2.
Thank you in advance for any help on this subject.

Could try a repair installation, but we're way too soon for that. You
aren't running Norton AV are you?
