security and ssl problems

im having some major problems with accessing secured sites everytime i try to login anywhere
it keeping saying can't find service or dns problems
i dont seem to have any certificate either ?
i cant get past any ssl
can anyone please help me i dont know why or what i can do to fix this problem
help let me know thank you
