Problem with SSL/TLS Secure Channel

I subscribed to FYE Download Unlimited. For some reason, and I've worked
with their tech department. My computer is having a SSL/TLS issue. I have
another computer with Windows XP sp2 Professional and I can download the
music files to my hard drive. This computer I'm on now, will not let me do
it at all. I can stream the music but it will not let me download.

This is what the error says:
It looks as if the same error is plaguing your computer. ERROR

UserSession - RefreshMediaDevicesTable failed.
System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed:
Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure
channel.

System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote
certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

And Tech support said it's a problem with this computer because my other
computer can download.

How would I fix this SSL/TLS issue? I've gone into Internet Options and
cleared the certificate slate. Made sure that SSL 2.0 and 3.0 is checked and
TLS is checked.

Any help would be appreciated.

My other computer, The one I'm on now is Windows XP Media Center Edition with
internet explorer 7. I think the other one may have internet explorer 6 on
it. Could that be the difference?
