Security Alerts

When giving sensitive information on a website I recently
asked that the Security Alert box, showing that the
website was a secure connection, should not be shown
again as I'd had trouble with the box continually
reappearing after clicking OK. Now of course the Security
Alert box isn't coming up for this site or any others,
and I want to reinstate the box but I don't know how to,
and can find no answers on the Microsoft pages as to how
I do this. Any help or comments appreciated. Thanks.

Peter,

In Internet Explorer, if you go to the Tools Menu, then
click "Internet Options".

On the Internet Options page click on the Advanced Tab
(at the far right).

If you now scroll down in the Settings list right to the
bottom you will come to a section called Security, a
number of items are checked, however ensure you
have "Warn if Changing between Secure and Not secure
mode" is checked and also that "Warn about invalid site
certificates" is also checked, these will ensure the
security warnings return.
