Security Alert Message

Everytime I go to a website a box pops up saying...

Title "Security Alert"

The certificate is expired from the website

it is a trusted site.

Would I like to continue. Yes-- No-- View certificate

My question... How can I get rid of this message from
popping up everytime I go to a website.

In control panel Internet Options\Advanced Options\Security\disable; Advice
on unvalid site certificates
