Security Alert

Every website I go to I get a "security alert" it says "information on this website cannont be viewedor changed by others. However, there is a problem with the website's security certificate." then it has 3 other things and says would you like to proceed. Yes, no, or view certificate.

I am guessing I installed a security update on windows update. How do I get this off?

Greetings :

Start\Settings\Control Panel\Internet Options\security tab\select restricted
sites\select Predetermined Level button.
If still no success; go to Advanced Options tab\Security\Advice on unvalid
site certificates... remove tick..
