Why do I get a security alert every time I try to log into
an htpp site ? we have tried changing our settings for
privacy and security but still this annoying box pops up.

Please help me turn it off. It says the certificates are
invalid or not yet installed.

If the popup msgs you mean are telling you that you are
visiting a site with https ssl but that the cert is invalid or
cannot be confirmed, that is a good thing. However, if
you do not want this sort of informative warning, and those
that run the site will not correct their invalidity, then you can
use the options in the zone settings within IE to change the
warnings you want.
