Security Accounts Manager Initialization Failed

I am getting the following error when I try to login the
server. " Security Accounts Manager initialization failed
because of the following error: Directory Service cannot
start. Error Status: 0xc00002e1. Please click OK to
shutdown this system and reboot into Directory Services
Restore Mode, check the event log for more detailed
information ". I have tried both the KB articles ( 240655
and 258007 ) and it didn't help . This is happened two
times on a Dell Server. The service pack is 4 with all
updates are done. Kindly provide a solution
