secured db

Hello,

I have secured my database through the wizard. There are
several users and I am the owner. Before I secured the
database, I made a lot of imports in excel such as pivot
tables (from queries in the acces database) that are
automatically refreshed after opening the excel document.
That worked very well. Now the database is secured I
cannot open the excel documents anymore. The message I
get is something like this: Cannot read the records, I
have no rights to read the query. And then the next
message: Cannot refresh the document.

I am the owner and I have all the rights men can have.

I hope someone can help me because I cannot do without
the excel documents.

Just found a solution. Someone has made a ODBC connection
for me. And I can make a pivot table form in Acces en
export it to excel.
