security wizard won't run?

I tried to run the User-Level Security Wizard on my database, and got the
error message
"The security wizard cannot be run on a database when you are both logged on
as the Admin user and the wizard has previously run on the database. To fix
this probelm, you may log on as another member of the Admins group or import
all objects to a new database."
So, I made a new db and imported all the objects. However, I get the same
message with the new database, although I have not run the wizard on it.
What am I doing wrong?

Why are you running the wizard on your database when it's already secure? Instead, you should login as a member of the Admins Group (you are required to login, right?) and then use the Tools, Security menu items to modify the security.
