Secure Website Logon

The option to remember logon information when logging onto a secure website
no longer exsists. Is there any way to re-enable this feature, or is it long
gone with the new security updates? I don't even have the check box to
select save password anymore.

IIRC it doesn't, by default, save users/passwords for secure sites. I'm glad
it doesn't - at least I don't think it does here at any rate on any of my
PCs. What you can check is open IE, click tools, options, content,
autocomplete, and put ticks in the boxes to setup the autocomplete the way
you want - forms, passwords, etc - and then clicking okay a couple of times
should make the settings take effect.
