Some web pages do not offer password save

I have noticed that, even though I have the password-related AutoComlete
settings enabled, certain web pages do not offer to have me save passwords.
Is this a security feature enabled on the website? If so, is there any way to
override it and force a password save?

It's a security feature and hopefully there should be no way to workaround
it.
