secuity update 819696

I have repeatedly downloaded this update and repeatedly
installed the update, but windows still will not accept
it. This is becoming annoying as I am asked to install
the update everytime I log on.

What is going on here?

I'm experiencing the same issue -- I've "successfully"
installed Security Update 819696 at least EIGHT times,
according to Window Update History. Yet, every time I scan
my system for new updates, it says that 819696 (still)
needs to be installed. This is also happening with the
DirectX 9.0 update.

Anybody else seeing this?
