Hello,
Im running XP Pro and the Secpol.msc will not let me change any settings for password policy - minimum password length, age etc
I logged on local with admin rights, with no sucess ANY help most appreciate

Is the machine joined into a domain ?
That is how things are when AD based GPO has
set a value for a policy.
