User Rights and Windows XP hotfixes

Hi,
Does anyone know or have experienced the user rights changing
after applying any of the hotfixes for Windows XP Pro? i.e.
secpol.msc-local security policy-user rights...
The administrator group was removed from several policies. There
are domain policies that are applying these changes on our network..

Sorry, I meant to say there are no group/domain related policies being
applied...
