Secondary Mailboxes

I have a user that can not send a message to anybody from a secondary
mailbox. The user is an owner of the mailbox with full mailbox access, has
the mailbox listed in their folder list, and sets the 'from' address to the
mailbox name. Keeps receiving "You do not have persmission to send to this
recipient...."
Any suggestions.

They want the message to appear as coming directly from the mailbox, not
with "sent on behalf of.."

Thanks.

Thank you, I have set those attributes for the individual.
