Hi,
I have a client that is looking for an windows embedded x86 based device
where by the main UI would be via terminal services/RDP however there would
also be a secondary display used for status information e.g. battery status,
event notifications, progress.
Something like sideshow would be match our requirements although I would
prefer to achieve this without the need for second processor.
My questions are:
- Has SideShow been discontiued with Windows 7?
- Is SideShow available windows 7 based embedded platforms?
- Is there are standard windows embedded technology for supporting small
displays for status when the main desktop would be displayed elsewhere either
remotely or through the main dispay?
Many thanks
