I have a strange thing occuring with my IE6. If I browse to a website all
works as expected. However if I have an application (such as my Macafee
ASAP program that launches two browser windows the modal window does not
display anything or an image of the screen underneath where it opens. This
happens in OWA as well. When I click to create a new message the modal
window opens but it is as if it continuously loads and the window displays
the graphic image from the desktop below where the window opened.
This happened as of this past weekend when I ran defrag and deleted previous
restore points (to make room for defrag).
Does anyone know what might be going on and how to fix it?

Windows XP SP1 all service packs applied.
