second hard drive isnt showing up in "my computer"

i have two hard drives on my machine, only the c: drive is
showing up in my computer. i checked bios, its there. its
also in the device manager, and device manager says "its
working properly". well, why isnt it in "my computer"?

Is it formatted? It won't have a drive letter until you format it to
give it a file system...

Did you partition, format, and assign it a drive letter in Disk Management?

Sorry, guess I over-simplified it, since you need to create the
partition to format it...
