USB hard drive not seen.

I have a 250mb hard drive that used to be internal in a PC.
Before I removed it I deleted the partition on it. When I try
to use it as a USB drive, device manager sees that there is a
drive there, but it does not show up in disk management so I can
partition it again. Can someone help me?
 
You may need the manufacturer's driver for the disk cartridge.
