Second e-mail address exists, now I need my e-mail

I have two e-mail addresses that are show under Tools\Account\Mail. One show
"default" next to the e-mail address that I receive e-mail from all the time.
My second e-mail address has a "1" show as (1) next to it. How do I get
e-mails from that address. I know how to send e-mail from that address, but
not receive. What are the steps to imports those e-mails?

Do you have 2 emails addresses with your ISP?
Is the second address the same except for the (1)?
