Second connection disconnects existing connection

XP Pro allows one connection to be established via Remote
Desktop. That is fine. Unfortunately if the same user
opens another connection from a different location the
first connection is disconnected.

I would prefer the second connection to fail because a
connection already exists. Is it possible to configure it
to behave like I want ?

Since this is the same user that is trying to open the session and there is
only one session allowed again, no warning message is shown to the user.
