Sebubg e-mails

I can receive e-mails but not send due to a number of "sent" e-mails which
had incorrect addresses. Can this shut down sending? Solution?

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

It also works on other folders.
