Hi everybody:
I am in search of either a built-in capability of Microsoft Outlook or a
plug-in that will save me a lot of wasted time in the future. Basically, the
situation is as follows:
When attempting to schedule meetings in Microsoft Outlook, I add the meeting
participations easily enough, but when it comes to scheduling the room, it's
highly frustrating and inefficient. I work at a Corporate Campus with over
500 meeting rooms which are being used all the time, so unless I schedule a
meeting well in advance it's very difficult to find an available room. So
within Outlook I have to manually add rooms merely to check if they are
available or not. This results in me wasting time by adding room after room
to see if it's already booked, and then removing room after room once I
discover they are.
I am looking for a feature in Outlook or an Outlook plug-in where:
If I choose the participants and the time slot for the meeting, it will
allow me to choose from a list of open and available meeting rooms; OR the
first available meeting time where every participant is available?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
