Search Window focus Problem - opens "behind" Windows Explorer

Whenever I right-click on a folder within Windows Explorer, and click
"Search", the Search window opens up but is always behind the Windows
Explorer window.

I looked through Google groups and Microsoft's site but found no
mention of this anywhere. Any ideas on what could be the problem ??

Folder Options in Control Panel. Browse folders. Select 'open each folder in the Same window"
