Search URL

When running IE the search URL defaults to
www.topsearcher.com and IE defaults to showing the search
bar. When I select customize to change the seach engine
nothing appears in the customize dialog box. I have went
into the Registry and modified the search entires to the
MSN search site and able to see the customize options. But
everytime I shut down and restart the topsearcher site
appears and when I check the registry the search values
have changed back to topsearcher. I would appreciate any
informantion on how to remove topsearcher as the search
engine.
