Default IE Search URL Keeps Changing

When running IE the search URL defaults to Cool Websearch
(69.50.184.52/find4u) and IE defaults to showing the
search bar. When I select customize to change the seach
engine nothing appears in the customize dialog box. I
have went into the Registry and modified the search
entires. But everytime I shut down and restart the Cool
Websearch (69.50.184.52/find4u) site appears and when I
check the registry the search values have changed back to
69.50.184.52/find4u. I would appreciate any informantion
on how to remove this as the search engine.

follow the prompts.
