When using Yahoo or Google to search - IE tries to search
then it displays, "The page cannot be displayed". However
if I use websearch I can search without any problem. Also,
If I click on any link on the Yahoo page it's fine- it's
just when I type in a word to search.....strange...please
help.....Thanks

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
