search on only the item(s) that I specify

How would I make a search on only the item(s) that I specify? I am tired of
getting results on many pages that have little or no relevance to what I am
searching for.

Hii u can use advanced options along with search variables like *.* in
differnt combinations as per the required. like s*.* for files starting with
"s" or *.exe for all executable files and so on.

They help somewhat, but what I really want is to be able to search
ONLY for the iteM that I'm looking for. For example, let's say I am
searching for 'baseball'. I don't want baseball teams or baseball
parks, I want just 'baseball'.
