Search key not found problem

I am working on a multiuser system with a Frontend & a Backend
in Access2003. The database was orginally created in Access2000
All was well up untill now. I am getting the Search key
not found in any record error & Access locks. It was originally
happening infrequently, but now is happening almost all the time.
Can anyone offer any help?

Unless this happens as a result of code running, the message indicates a
corruption in the database.

Open the back end file, and try:
Tools | Database Utilities | Compact/Repair

If that does not fix the problem, get Access to rebuild the database for
you, by following the steps for the first symptom in:
