Hi,

would anybody know how to search for emails in all folders and subfolders?

Thanks
S.

Hi Stefy,

are you using Exchange with "Public Folders" or do you mean only a search in
your "Personal Folders"?

The Windows Desktop search do not support Public Folders for searching, only
"Personal Folders" but all folders incl. subfolders.

For Public Folders of Exchange you will need 3rd party tools like "Lookeen"
http://www.lookeen.net/en/

The "Extended Search" of Outlook also supports subfolders of the Personal
Folders:

I do not prefer to use the "Google Desktop search"".

Maybe it helps.
