Search Error

Whenever I click on the Search and then when I click
files and folders this error msg appears.

"Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and need to
close. We are sorry"
 
If you go to the internet options in the control panel, should be able to
delete your cookies and temporary internet files. This might help to be able
to search.
