search default instead of open in context menu for folders

Somehow "search" became bold rather than "open" in the context menu
(right click) for all folders except My Documents. Therefore, when
I right click on any folder other than My Documents, the search window
opens rather than the open window showing the contents of the folders.
Somehow I changed it to this configuration. Anyone know how to get
the original configuration back??
