sdktx32.exe - Error!!

Hi

A friend contacted em today asking if i knew what this
error was, sdktx32.exe He said that it keeps appearing
and he cant get rid of it and it says u can send a report
to microsoft to sort out the problem, look at it or jst
close it. He does not know where it as has come from as
he does not have interent access either.

He said that it just appears and wants to close down,
with the "sdktx32.exe has performed an illegal operation
and will now close" etc message.

Any Tips?????
