SCSI cabling to USB

I am using a Toshiba Laptop (Windows XP) and wish to operate a Minolta Dimage Dual Scan. This model is intended to run on Windows 95 & has a SCSI input. Where can I obtain a cable to link the scanner to the USB port on my laptop? Thankyou
