Scrolling

I had to reinstall Windows XP. Ever since then, the
scrolling of my windows, like in a Word Doc, seem to
physically move rather than just jump to where I moves
the scroll bar. I hate it. Any help?

Turn On or Turn Off Smooth Scrolling, you also need to install the latest
video card drivers from the maker of your card.
