Scrolling Windows

Can anyone help. I think this is an easy problem to solve, but i can't
remember how.

I have an open window but i cannot maximise it enough to get to switches at
the bottom of the page, which are out of sight. So i cannot "enter" the
request, Its frustrating.

Help please.

It sounds like you've got your resolution set too low. Go to Control
Panel>Display>Settings. What resolution is shown? If it is 800x640, use
the slider to move it up to 1024x768, Apply/OK out.

If this doesn't solve your issue, please post back with a more complete
description of the problem - where you are seeing this, what changed
between the time things worked and now, et.
