scrolling when composing email replies goes crazy

In Outlook 2007, when I compose a reply, Outlook sometimes jumps several
screenfulls ahead of where I am writing. VERY annoying, I have to keep
scrolling back to where the cursor is. This never happened with Outlook 2003.

What is going on?

I had a user complain about that too... in their case, they were using a
laptop with a touchpad that was a little sensitive. They brushed the
touchpad while they typed.
