Scrolling Text

Hi There:
I am looking to record a"multi-media" VHS Video tape utilizing audio,
video (as in photos) and scrolling text underneath the photos. I have a
device which will allow me to transfer ANYTHING on screen to VHS Video
Tape--so that part is taken care of. I also have the "audio portion" hooked
up to the VHS VCR--so audio is not an "issue". What I am TRYING to do is
implement the "scrolling text" under the photos. What site would be best
to help me achieve that?
 
It doesn't sound like it has anything to do with Microsoft Access (a
database application) which this newsgroup is all about.

Suggest you re-post somewhere else more appropriate.
