Scrolling Problems

When I scroll it does it in waves not regularly as I am
used to.

I am using a Logitech optical remote mouse, which I have
used in Windows ME without any problems. I have updated
patches from Logitec An Microsoft, but, the problem
persists.

Any suggestions?

Visit the support web site of the manufacturer of your computer
or video card, search for the latest Windows XP drivers for your
video card, download and install them.
