scrolling problems

after re-installing xp pro when i try to scroll down a page in programs or
the internet the whole page scrolls to the next line instead of the lines
on the page scrolling up or down on the page it looks like a wave and is very
annoying

Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the Video device, Action menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the
device drivers again automatically.
