Scrolling Problem

When i scroll up and down a page, document or website, it's not "smooth".
when it scrolls, it has a "wave"-like effect. is there a way that i can fix
this problem?

I am having the same issue. We just loaded Windows XP over the weekend onto
a new desktop pc. Ran the updates for Service Pack 2. Not sure if there is
something in it that's causing this. Our old computer (with XP) didn't have
this issue. If you get an answer, please let me know. Thanks.

TO: AJsMom,

I think the problem is with your "video drivers". Go the the web site of
the manufacturer of your PC and search for and down load new drivers. I have
an HP laptop and did that and the problem went away. Good luck...Mike
