Scrolling Pagination off in updated explorer

After a recent Microsoft Critical Update on IE6 (about a week ago, if
memory serves) my IE functions incorrectly in the following way. When
you hit the page down key, or click in the scroll bar below the thumb
(meaning you want to scroll down a page) it actually scrolls much more
like two pages.

How do I get back the scrolling behavior that is sensible and normal,
and used to exist?

Thanks.

A bug in the Q824145 patch. Microsoft knows about it.
Click immediately under the indicator in the scrollbar or drag the
indicator.

Thanks for the workaround. One wonders how this one got past QA, but
then I suppose that such musings have very little relevance in microsoft
world these days...

Actually, it surprised me. They have an excellent testing lab.
