scrolling menus

Hi all,

I have what I hope is a simple question. When I go to START, PROGRAMS, not
all of my programs show up in the list. Basically, I get that little arrow
button on the bottom to see the rest of my programs. Personally, I prefer to
see all of my programs. Anyway, I went to taskbar and start menu to make
sure that the button "scroll the programs menu" was not checked. It wasn't!!
So why is it acting like I want to scroll the programs menu? What do I do
to fix it? (It seems that my favorites in IE is also scrolling... all other
menu's are not.) Help!

As a side note, I recently used the Accessibility option to make the fonts
look bigger on my screen... I thought that might have something to do with it
since it started shortly after and I used it to change the fonts back to
normal size. That didn't fix the scrolling problem though.

Right-click the "Task Bar", then on the "General" tab uncheck "Use
Personalized Menus"
