Scrolling Issues...

I am using Excel 2000 on my new computer. My Panning and Scrolling functions
is not working properly. It seems to move choppy left and right and at very
fast speeds up and down. Also, when going up and down, it scrolls past the
point at which i clicked to stop. Any other similar experiences...

this just started when I got my new laptop. I cannot remember if my old
machine had and Older version of Excel, but I am assuming that I upgarded to
Excel 2000.

I have already checked with my Mouse manufacturer and they claim its an
Excel issue...
