Scrolling in Waves...

Hi,

Had to re-install XP Home (don't ask) - now, when in Outlook, Word,
Internet, etc, nothing scrolls smoothly - it seems to move in "waves". Other
than that, it's all working fine.

Anyone got any ideas?
