scrolling IE 6.0

Ok whenver I try to scroll on some pages, it seems to
scroll really slow. Or when i try to type in a textbox,
the text doesnt appear quickly, it appears after I type a
whole sentence or so. I have uninstalled IE 6 and
reinstalled a previous one, IE 5.5 but that didnt work.

I have installed a different browser, Opera and it didnt
have the problem, so i know its IE. The only reason I
would keep using IE is that I often play games on zone,
and IE is compatible with it.
 
Its me again. I just read another post regarding the
browser hijack. I was having problems with that cool
search, so i downloaded that removal program and it
deleted it. Now I dont seem to have that scrolling/typing
problem anymore. So is that the cause?
